is seeking to hire a Coverage Banker for its Middle Market
Financial Sponsor Group ("MMFSG"). MMFSG provides full service
banking needs to .middle market private equity firms and their
portfolio companies. The Coverage Banker reports to the MMFSG group
head and will identify 15-20 middle market private equity firms
that provide responsible growth opportunities across commercial and
investment banking. The banker will be responsible for the
following primary initiatives: (i) develop calling strategies for
select portfolio companies in partnership with
local/regional/specialty bankers to evaluate treasury and other
commercial banking solutions; (ii) partner with MM sponsor credit
team/BABC to evaluate new loan growth situations; (iii) identify
near and longer term investment banking needs, particularly around
sellside M&A. This role requires the individual to be strong,
decisive and results-oriented with excellent sales and partnership
skills.Job Description:This job is responsible for providing advice
and valuable financial solutions to complex Global Commercial
Banking clients and prospects. Key responsibilities include serving
as the primary point of contact or trusted advisor and acquiring,
deepening, and maintaining profitable relationships, collaborating
with teammates, and facilitating client relationships with Product
Specialists. Job expectations include having knowledge of the
bank's products and services in order to identify cross-selling
opportunities and increase overall client
