We provide extensive opportunities for personal and professional development, building both employee competence and organizational capability to fuel exceptional performance through an inclusive environment both now and in the future.Summary:In this role, you will work closely with the Indirect Spend analytics team to grow and maintain the Purchased Services Analytics platform, generate new processes for using and combining internal and external data to meet Provider needs, and to support the Indirect Spend sourcing and Advisory products.Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledge and guidance on data sources, Vizient databases and applications, and analytical and consulting business processes.
• Perform internal and external analyses, data management, and application development.
• Maintain integrity of internal databases and tools.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and / or understand current business, then use this information to create processes for improved value and efficiency of Vizient platforms.
• Interpret industry trends, regulatory changes, and forecasts to anticipate impact on internal and external businesses.
• Lead creation of internal and external dashboards, combining sourcing, consulting, and industry data.
• Support Advisory engagement data and analytics needs, often presenting interpretation of outcomes to stakeholders of all levels of a Provider's organization.
• Educate internal and external stakeholders on how to use the Purchased Services Analytics platform.Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data, identify opportunities, develop actionable insights, and proficiently manage projects with a results-oriented mindset required.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL required.
  • Experience working with complex healthcare/hospital clients preferred.
  • Experience within spend management or spend categories preferred.
  • Possess strong client-facing skills and group presentation experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business challenges.#IDS#LI-ACEstimated Hiring Range:$117,600.00 - $175,050.00This position is also incentive eligible.Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
