Job Description:

Debit Card Product Manager for BMO Harris Bank N.A. in Chicago, IL to serve

as product support specialist for the Consumer and Small Business debit

card products. Supporting the execution of product enhancements, pricing,

and features. Provide insight to product profitability and performance

goals in accordance with plan and consistent with corporate strategies.

Research and assist in the proper marketing and accessibility of product

via available channels. Contribute to the implementation and support of

legacy product strategies and tactics. Assist in the balancing of customer

satisfaction with the costs and complexity of maintaining declining

portfolios of retired products / pricing packages. Contribute to optimizing

the financial performance of the portfolio, increasing penetration, growing

share of wallet, elongating customer lifecycle, and ensuring product

profitability. Aid in developing additional functionality that will ensure

network compliance, drive usage, improve customer experience and reduce

fraud. Review compliance activities specific to the assigned products,

understanding the external regulatory and legal environment so that risks

are mitigated to an acceptable level. Requires: No degree and eight (8)

years of experience selling, marketing or managing product operations

within the payment industry or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree and six

years of experience as noted above. Specific skills/other requirements

(quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section):

analyzing and validating data for the debit card portfolio, including

customer and product related data, to present strategic insights regarding

portfolio performance and areas for improvement; developing marketing and

regulatory communications, including statement messages, direct mail,

email, online, FAQs, and disclosures, for consumer small business customers

as well as communications for internal departments, including front line

FAQs, product overview, product announcements, and training materials;

leading cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that drive

enhancements to the debit card products; developing and reviewing annual

business plans, proposing debit card product enhancements initiatives and

executing on the plans; analyzing financial performance of the debit card

product portfolios for consumer and small business; and developing and

implementing product enhancements and marketing campaigns that manage

customer acquisition, activation, usage, and retention using analytics,

segmentation and real-time lead generations to drive product growth. To
