Job Description Job Description Description: What You’ll Do As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll ensure they receive outstanding support: Answer Calls & Assist Customers: Handle inquiries from agents and policyholders with professionalism and care, including payment processing, policy changes, and eChats Data Entry: Accurately gather, process, and enter customer and agent information into our systems Deliver Exceptional Service: Uphold AFIC’s commitment to quality, leaving every customer with a positive experience Requirements: What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Representative who thrives on assisting customers, handling inquiries, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, dependable, and confident on the phone, this role is a great fit for you.
