The chosen candidate will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing electrical systems across various platforms to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with environmental guidelines. Conduct detailed analytical studies on electrical systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvement strategies Design and implement robust energy systems for improved performance and sustainability Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project criteria are met Utilize advanced simulation tools to predict potential system behaviors under different scenarios Develop technical documentation and reports to support engineering decisions Present analytical findings and strategic solutions to management and key stakeholders Stay updated with the latest energy technologies and trends to ensure innovative solutions are implemented Strong proficiency in electrical engineering software such as ETAP, SKM Systems Analysis, and AutoCAD Electrical Expert understanding of power generation, distribution, and energy conversion Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical report writing skills Skilled in renewable energy technologies and sustainable practices Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects under strict timelines Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is a plus
