Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assembler Job Description Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, where you'll play a crucial role in building and assembling a variety of products. This role operates on a regular daytime shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Take direction from the supervisor on required builds. Maintain a strong production flow to meet deadlines. Utilize hand and power tools to assemble a variety of products. Communicate product issues with supervisors. Identify issues and communicate with the quality lead. Essential Skills 1-3 years of electronic assembly experience. 1-3 years experience utilizing hand and power tools. 1-3 years experience reading and utilizing work instructions/documents. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years experience utilizing test equipment. Experience with gaskets/strobs. Surface mount soldering. Electronic/PCB assembly. Soldering. Work Environment The work environment consists of six stations within a warehouse that is temperature-controlled and well-lit, ensuring a comfortable and efficient workspace. The facility is new and organized, promoting a productive atmosphere. The dress code is casual, allowing for jeans, long sleeves, or shorts, with closed-toe shoes to ensure safety. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Arlington Heights, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
