LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a International Tax Manager for a large global client headquartered in the Chicago area. Salary commensurate with experience will range from $125-$160K plus health, dental and vision benefits, and 401K.

  The International Tax Manager role will include international tax compliance, global tax reporting, financial reporting, transfer pricing matters, outbound international projects, and other specific responsibilities.This position will be instrumental in supporting the global and US corporate tax provision for financial reporting, compliance, transfer pricing and related projects, providing support to the global business and being a valued member of the Finance group.
  
  Key Functions include:
  
  • 
    
  • Review tax provision calculations
    
  • Assist with consolidated income tax return preparation
    
  • Conduct tax research
    
  • Prepare Forms 5471 and 5472
    
  • Assist with transfer pricing initiatives
    
  • Assist with tax audits
    
  • Develop tax strategies and resolutions
    
  • Interact with government agencies
    
  • Process improvements
    
  • Assist with special projects
    
  • And more
    
    
    Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
      
    • 6+ years of international tax experience
      
    • Big 4 experience strongly preferred
      
    • CPA or equivalent preferred
      
    • Transfer Pricing experience
      
    • Experience with Thomson Reuters One Source Tax Provision software
