Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Business Operations in the
Insurance sector, working remotely in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and collaborate with a team of operations
professionals
Implement operational policies, create training procedures, and
participate in data analysis for improvement
Monitor departmental budgets and ensure Service Level Agreement
standards are met
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and
experience
6+ years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry,
with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in Business Processing within Insurance
Services
Strong accounting background to manage multiple accounts
Proficiency in strategic planning and team leadership
