Job Description:
Seeking a qualified RN in Ponca City, OK to join our Med-Surg
team, providing exceptional patient care and support.
Responsibilities include managing and documenting patient
assessments, care plans, interventions, and evaluations, while
supervising staff and mentoring non-licensed personnel. May require
floating to other units and participation in on-call duties.
Adheres to safety standards and population-specific competencies.
Qualifications include current RN licensure in Oklahoma or
multistate license, BLS certification within 30 days, effective
communication, and department-specific skills during orientation.
Specialized certifications needed for certain units: CPR for
Hospice, ACLS for Radiology, PALS and ACLS for Emergency Dept.
Additional requirements involve physical demands, potential
exposure risks, and valid driver's license for applicable units.
