About The Position We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Practice for a 9-day locum tenens assignment at a clinic in Wisconsin. The assignment runs from August 18-22 and August 25-28, 2025, with a varied schedule. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are 7 am to 4 pm, while Tuesdays and Thursdays are 8 am to 5 pm. This position primarily focuses on primary care with some occupational health components. The NP will handle acute and chronic cases, including coughs/flus, hypertension, diabetes, physicals, and some workers' compensation cases. The clinic serves as an onsite healthcare facility for a factory. Job Details: Location: Wisconsin Facility Type: Onsite Clinic (Factory) Start Date: August 18, 2025 LOA: 9 days (August 18-22, 25-28, 2025) Provider Type Needed: Nurse Practitioner (Family Practice) Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri 7am-4pm, Tue/Thu 8am-5pm Job Responsibilities and Duties: - Provide primary care services to factory employees and their families - Manage acute and chronic health conditions - Conduct physical examinations and health assessments - Diagnose and treat common illnesses such as coughs and flu - Manage patients with hypertension and diabetes - Handle workers' compensation cases as needed - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Epic EMR - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary - Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures - Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention Additional Information: - Wisconsin state license required - Experience with Epic EMR preferred - Workers' compensation experience beneficial - Possibility of assignment extension if interested Apply now to learn more!
