Job Description Job Description New City Supportive Living Chicago, IL 60609 Senior Living Community Nurse (RN or LPN) Part-Time | Daytime Hours (7:30am–4:00pm, 2–3 days per week) MWF Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our care team at New City Supportive Living. In this role, you will provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with their assessments and individualized care plans, under the direction of the Wellness Director. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a supportive senior living community. Position Requirements Current Illinois RN or LPN nursing license in good standing Recent experience in a fast-paced healthcare or senior living environment preferred Strong assessment, clinical, and supervisory skills Familiarity with medication pass procedures and documentation requirements High school diploma or GED Successful completion of a nursing assistant program Active status on the IDPH Healthcare Worker Registry Ability to perform physical tasks typical of CNA-related work (including lifting up to 25 lbs.)
