Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Elgin, IL Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position An excellent opportunity is available for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality adult primary care in Elgin, Illinois . The physician will evaluate and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, perform preventive screenings, and manage long-term disease care while following evidence-based clinical guidelines and population health programs. The physician will work in a supportive team-based setting and provide leadership to clinical staff while collaborating with nurses, medical assistants, and advanced practice providers to deliver coordinated patient care. The role may include inpatient rounding and participation in on-call coverage , along with maintaining accurate documentation and clinical efficiency. Shift Timings: Full-time schedule Outpatient clinical practice Inpatient rounding as needed On-call coverage as required Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active Illinois Medical License Active DEA Certification Benefits Competitive salary $219,300 – $280,000 depending on experience Performance-based incentive opportunities Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance ?
