Job Description:

seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Respiratory Therapist to
join our team. In this role, you will be integral to our mission of
transforming healthcare and improving lives through personalized
care and innovative treatments. Our collaborative environment
allows you to work closely with a multidisciplinary team committed
to delivering high-quality healthcare services. Assess and treat
patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders. Work
collaboratively with healthcare professionals to formulate
treatment plans. Educate patients and families about their
conditions and teach appropriate disease management techniques.
Operate and manage life support systems and various medical gases.
Monitor patient physiological responses to therapy, and modify
treatment protocols as necessary. Document patient treatment and
outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Proficiency in
the use of respiratory therapy equipment Excellent patient
assessment skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with
strong record-keeping abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Therapist (CRT) credential by the National Board for Respiratory
Care (NBRC) Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist as required by
state
