Job Description:

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Human Resource Supervisor in Chicago, IL! The qualified candidate will work with the leadership and staff to align labor agreements. They will maintain a working relationship between the union and management.Responsibilities:
Implement site labor strategyMaintain all employment lawsEnsure company policy and work rules are followedSite representative in all labor mattersResponsible to represent the company in all aspects of the grievance procedurePrepare and maintain reports for all labor related activitiesWork with site and corporate leadership teamEnsure trainings are conducted for the siteProvide communication between supervisors and union personnel Assist HR Manager with related mattersSupervise and coach direct reports, complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reportsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree required3-5 years' experience in production environmentExperience working in union environment preferredBilingual, English/Spanish Prior supervisor experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexible work hours
