Strategic Program Executive is a professional who oversees and
manages key client programs, aligning them with the overall
strategic goals of both the client and the company, by developing
comprehensive plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and
ensuring successful execution while maintaining a strong client
relationship and identifying potential growth opportunities within
the account.What Our Software Program Director/Consultant Will
DoClient and Partner Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with
key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and
partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively managing
expectations, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to
meet business objectives.Strategic Planning and Account
Development:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with
customer's business goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for collaboration
within existing accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, professional services,
product, and other teams to drive customer success and achieve
revenue targets.Business Growth and Expansion:
- Leverage industry insights to identify trends and opportunities
for business growth.
- Act as a consultant to customers, advising on best practices
and strategies to optimize their experience and achieve desired
outcomes.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and report on account performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs
are met or exceeded.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on account status,
challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyze client data and feedback to inform decision-making and
improve service delivery.Collaboration and Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring
smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Lead or participate in client meetings, presentations, and
reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.Market
Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and
market conditions to proactively address client needs and identify
opportunities.
- Provide actionable feedback to internal teams based on market
insights and client feedback.Who We're Looking For
- Deep understanding of the P&C Intermediary and/or Excess &
Surplus market
- 7-10 years of experience in relationship management, account
management, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic
relationships with key customers or partners.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand clients'
needs and align them with organizational solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
- Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and
manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Where:
