Job Description Job Family: Software Development & Support Travel Required: Up to 50% Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: - Develop and maintain Celonis integrations, including ETL pipelines and connectors using SQL, Python, and Celonis EMS Platform. - Build process intelligence solution views, analyses, and dashboards to enable actionable insights for clients. - Design and implement scalable data ingestion processes from ERP systems and third-party applications. - Perform ETL, troubleshoot data connections and validations across large datasets for accuracy and performance. - Collaborate with clients, Celonis teams, and third-party resources to align technical delivery with project goals. - Participate in workshops, demos, and client-facing sessions to showcase technical capabilities. What You Will Need: - A minimum of four (4) years of overall experience, with a minimum of two (2) years hands-on in Celonis or process mining tools - Strong understanding of process mining methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and business process management (BPM) - Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling - Expertise in ETL processes for data extraction and transformation - Strong working experience with Celonis features and capabilities - Ability to interpret complex data and deliver meaningful business insights - Willingness to travel up to 60% What Would Be Nice To Have: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field - Celonis Analyst or Data Engineer certification - Proven experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures and migration methods - Experience working with ERP and downstream systems outside of SAP ecosystem - Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and enterprise change initiatives The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
