US Foods, a leading distributor in America’s foodservice industry, is seeking a dedicated Night Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse during nighttime hours, facilitating the movement, storage, and processing of food and beverage products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. The Night Warehouse Clerk will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and executing timely distribution of goods to meet our commitment to excellent service. Load and unload delivery trucks accurately and efficiently. Verify inventory by comparing actual stock counts to computer databases. Use warehouse management software to manage and track inventory levels. Pack, label, and organize warehouse shelves in accordance with established procedures. Operate forklifts and other essential warehouse machinery. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and accountability. Maintain the cleanliness and safety standards of the warehouse at all times. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems. Forklift operation and general warehouse machinery skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Detail-oriented with capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
