The position answers incoming calls, responds to inquiries, and provides program information telephonically and by email. In addition, the role uploads forms electronically, processes incoming mail, and performs various administrative tasks as required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:1. Answers and appropriately directs inbound calls while communicating program information to patients, providers, dialysis centers, and other caregivers - 90%2. Other duties as assigned.
