Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist responsible for
administering group health and welfare, well-being, and retirement
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain compliance for various benefit programs,
including health, welfare, and retirement
Provide high-quality support for team member inquiries and ensure
timely resolution of issues
Maintain compliance with regulatory mandates and oversee the
processing of carrier billings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum one (1) year's experience in employee benefits and/or leave
of absence administration
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of benefit plan designs and
contract language
Experience with self-funded benefit plans and Workday is a plus
Proficient in using spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation
tools
