Top Tier Impact , a fast-growing direct marketing firm in Chicago, is expanding its AT&T program and seeking ambitious individuals for its Entry Level Management Training Program. This hands-on track equips future leaders with customer acquisition skills, team-building experience, and the tools to launch successful market campaigns. As an Entry Level Manager, you’ll begin with immersive training in direct sales and customer engagement for AT&T. This hands-on experience builds your understanding of campaign strategy, service offerings, and customer dynamics. Once equipped, you’ll step into a leadership role, coaching and guiding a team, driving performance, and helping execute impactful marketing initiatives across Chicago. Essential Functions of the Entry Level Manager Role : Begin with immersive training in AT&T products, direct sales strategies, and customer engagement techniques Interact with prospective customers across Chicago to drive new account acquisition and build market insight Shadow experienced managers and participate in leadership workshops to develop coaching and team-building skills Mentor and support new sales reps, offering guidance to boost performance and confidence Monitor individual and team sales metrics, using data to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies Assist with operational tasks, including compliance checks, inventory tracking, and accurate reporting Collaborate on campaign planning to expand market reach and improve customer retention Strengthen leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while representing Top Tier Impact and AT&T with professionalism and purpose
