Job Description Job Description Salary: $25-$30 per hour possible incentives for sales and production Lawn Care Sales & Service Specialist Fertilization Weed Control Tree & Shrub Care La Rosa Landscape is seeking an experienced and motivated Lawn Care Sales & Service Specialist to join our team. This full-time, hands-on field position is ideal for a seasoned lawn care professional who enjoys working outdoors, delivering exceptional turf results, and building strong client relationships. In this role, youll be responsible for fertilization, weed control, and tree & shrub applications for high-end residential and commercial properties. Youll take ownership of assigned accounts, ensure excellent service delivery, and identify opportunities to enhance client programs through informed recommendations and sales awareness. What Youll Do Perform lawn fertilization, weed control, and tree & shrub applications Manage and oversee assigned residential and commercial accounts Deliver consistent, high-quality lawn care services in the field Diagnose turf and plant health issues and recommend effective solutions Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, results, and program improvements Identify upsell opportunities, support program, and sales growth Track applications, service notes, and production goals accurately Ensure compliance with Wisconsin pesticide regulations and safety standards Maintain application equipment, materials, and detailed service records Assist with off-season work, including snow and ice management, holiday dcor installation, and winter pruning What Were Looking For Wisconsin Category 3 Pesticide Applicator License (Required) 5 years of professional lawn care experience Strong knowledge of turfgrass management, weed control, and tree & shrub care Experience servicing high-end residential and/or commercial properties Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills Sales-minded with confidence, recommending additional services Reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs Valid Wisconsin Drivers License with an insurable driving record Bonus Skills: Plant and turf identification, pest and disease management, irrigation knowledge, and customer service experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Incentive opportunities tied to sales and production goals Weekly pay Health, Vision & Dental Insurance Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays 401(k) Company-provided equipment and uniforms Full-time, year-round employment, including winter operations Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment Schedule Full-time, MondayFriday Seasonal variations based on production and weather conditions Winter hours tied to snow events and alternative winter work Fertilization Weed Control Tree & Shrub Care La Rosa Landscape is seeking an experienced and motivated Lawn Care Sales & Service Specialist to join our team.
