Representative on our fast-growing real estate wholesaling team!
This is a high-impact, high-energy role where you’ll turn signed
contracts into closed revenue by selling deals to our buyer
network. If you love negotiating, moving fast, and winning through
relationships, you’ll thrive here. As a Dispositions Rep, you’ll
work directly with our Acquisitions and Operations teams to price,
market, and assign deals. You’ll receive continuous training, clear
performance standards, and a path to rapid growth in real estate
investing. This opportunity is for a driven individual ready to
build a powerful buyer network, create competition on every deal,

clearly with the team WHAT YOU'LL DO: SELL WHOLESALE DEALS & DRIVE
CLOSINGS These are the standards that a high-performing individual
will consistently meet or exceed: Engage daily with active cash
buyers and investor partners Build, manage, and grow a strong
buyers list (local regional investors) Price deals strategically in
collaboration with Acquisitions and leadership Market deals through
outbound calls/texts/emails and internal channels Run property
access: schedule walkthroughs, handle buyer questions, follow-ups
Create competition: generate multiple offers, run highest-and-best
when appropriate Negotiate assignment fees / purchase prices to
maximize net revenue Secure buyer commitments: collect proof of
funds, signed assignment contracts, earnest money when required
Coordinate with title/attorney and ops to ensure smooth, timely
closings Maintain deal notes and performance tracking in the CRM
Provide end-of-day reporting and participate in daily/weekly team
meetings Protect the company brand with professional communication
and follow-through Knowledge/Skills Required: Exceptional
interpersonal skills Strong sales & negotiation abilities Excellent
written and verbal communication Organized, fast-moving, and
detail-oriented Ability to stay composed under pressure Comfortable
using a computer CRM tools Problem-solving mindset and strong
follow-up habits High school diploma (required) Bonus (not
required): Real estate wholesaling experience Familiarity with
investor terminology (ARV, rehab estimates, comps, assignment,
double close)
