In the role of Customer Marketing Associate working in Chicago, IL
, you will help craft our brands’ story for key customers at Molson
Coors, which means bringing them to life at retail and changing the
way America enjoys beer. You’ll get to operate as a business owner
of some of America’s most iconic brands, effectively blending the
art & science of customer marketing – all while having over 300
years of brewing heritage behind you. What You’ll Be Brewing:
Support both internal and external stakeholders in the development
and execution of large-scale tradeshows As a strong strategic
thinker, you will play a vital role in developing internal and
external facing selling materials Leverage shopper marketing
principles to help develop channel specific solutions Partner with
digital content team to optimize retailer product pages Tracking of
customer programming performance using syndicated data sources Key
Ingredients: You have a bachelor’s degree in business
administration, sales, marketing, or other relevant field OR
equivalent (2 years) progressive experience You love a challenge –
you complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your
understanding of the business priorities You act with appropriate
urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick
turnaround in plans and strategy You are confident and competent –
you are diplomatic, professional, and exercise great judgment in
developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within
the business You are serious about results and take pride in a
proven track record of successful results Working knowledge of
market sales & performance reporting data resources such as
Business Objects, BevIQ, Circana/Nielsen…etc. will provide you with
a strong platform to uncover insights & track performance Beverage

Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly
and equitably for the work they do. Job Posting Total Rewards
Offerings : $69,800.00 - $91,600.00 (posting salary range) 10 %
target short term incentive $23,000 on average spent on benefits
per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision,
retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives
and EAP paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick
days). The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in
good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this
posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory
factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the
required work location, previous work experience, skill set and
internal equity.
