This position is based out of our Winnetka location and supports emergency response calls throughout Chicago and the northern suburbs. As a Priority Responder, you will respond to water, fire, smoke, and storm losses, communicate calmly and clearly with homeowners and property managers, and secure signed work authorizations. This role combines emergency response, customer service, and consultative sales , with significant earning potential for motivated, high-performing candidates.
